Sick babies in child care centres

Most parents should know that babies get sick easily in child care. But some parents blame it on the parents who bring in sick babies to child care.

Usually, child care centres let babies come in as long as they do not have fever. So a baby may have flu or cough which he or she will then pass on to the other babies.

But some parents have no choice if they do not have someone else to take care of the babies.

Its difficult for parents as the leave we have is just not enough to cover the amount of days the babies are sick.

Parents taking no pay leave may be subjected to average or bad appraisals which means less bonus.

And funds are essential to pay for BBs in child care n bringing them to doc when they r sick.

But you want to be a responsible parent and takes no pay leave. No pay leave is less money. And the cycle continues.

Its a vicious cycle. But can we do anything? Not much.

So its probably no choice for some parents to leave sick Bb at child care . Sad to say.
